As we strengthen our Center of Excellence in Oncopathology, we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive clinical engagement and scientific partnerships across the oncology ecosystem.
Position: Head – Clinical Engagement & Scientific Affairs
Purpose of the Role: To build, nurture and expand strategic relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, hospitals, cancer centers, academic institutions and professional societies while positioning Dr. B. Lal's Center of Excellence in Oncopathology as a trusted scientific and clinical partner. This role will act as a bridge between clinical practice, scientific advancement and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with oncologists, surgeons, hospitals and cancer care institutions.
- Create a structured clinical engagement program.
- Build Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks.
- Organize CMEs, tumor boards, scientific meetings and educational programs.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary collaborations across pathology, oncology and molecular diagnostics.
- Develop scientific communication initiatives and educational content.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and referral development.
- Support research, publications and academic activities.
- Enhance the visibility and reputation of the Oncopathology Center of Excellence.
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications: MD Pathology, DM/MCh Oncology, PhD Life Sciences, MBA Healthcare, or equivalent experience with strong oncology exposure.
